How We Judge
Entries are assessed on understanding customer needs, alignment of employee and customer experience, intentional design and delivery, and evidence of real impact. We focus on how experiences are delivered, not just outcomes.
Light-Touch Review
Alongside your application, we conduct a light-touch review which may include a mystery shop or online presence review to ensure an authentic assessment of your customer experience.
